Columbia Records UK were set to launch Jamaican Reggae artist Koffee to a British and global audience with her debut single release Toast, and debut EP Rapture.

Forward Slash was commissioned to rebrand Koffee’s social media presence and build engagement with the target audience.


Forward Slash developed and implemented a social roadmap for Koffee’s launch campaign that included tone of voice, content formats, and ‘social media best practice’ guidance.

We devised and delivered weekly social media content plans and consulted for the in-house digital team at Columbia on asset design and social media creative across the campaign.

  • Coined the viral hashtag #GratitudeIsAMust which has since become Koffee’s running tagline.

  • The # has a weekly reach of over 800,000 across Instagram and Twitter

  • 820,000+ impressions on Twitter
